As far as I'm aware, the rear is longer on the C+C so it will NOT fit.

You can get them, and the hardest part is fitting the replacement stalk to the steering column... They did a kit for the K12 first edition, not sure about face-lifted ones, but the parts should be easily traceable...

NISMO ones a PIA as the indicator bulbs and holders are completely different. Yes the the face-lifted ones fit straight on. Did it to our ages ago (mod'ed them a little first too).
