Frank thanks for your help mate seems that its been done the other way round ie k10 in to k11 but not k11 box in to k10 maybee i need k10 mounts for a five speed box.

Frank is the mount you arrowed the rear mount or the side mount?

So frank will this box deffo go in the k10?

Frank thanks for the pics but that bracket is nothing like the k10 one. Your second pic looks the same as the gearbox i have. I am still none the wiser i have put up 3 pics of the box i have

That would be great if i could see a pic of the part before i waste more money

K10 mount holes are wider apart say 10cm where the k11 box i have the mount holes are around 5cm apart ish

And the front mount? I didn't want to get k11 mounts if it aint gonna mount up if you see what i am up against

I understand what you say because the cherry turbo gearbox has the same bolt on ring to adjust the pre load bearing. This box looks the same as K10 4 speed but slightly bigger where the rear mount bolts

I can't seem to find the numbers on the box frank can you help?

I must have the wrong box then? must be a later version

Sorry if i am not explaining things quite right but the k10 mountings are different to the k11 But will k11 mountings fit k10 body? the early k11 gearbox is flush on the mounting face, whereas the k10 face is set back where the mount bolts.

I noticed the gear change rod is 180 deg out but i need to know if the other mounts from a k11 will fit the k10 body fixings.

New to MSC but spent many years with cherry turbo's. Our lass has a k10 4 speed and i needed to change the g box and clutch for a 5 speed Has anybody fitted a k11 on a k10 please
