Picked up a new dash with rev counter out of a slx but the speedo needle has been pulled off, anyone know where i can get one from?

My passanger side rear door has had a bump ever since i've had my Micra and i got most of it out but it is still wobbly as anything and i'm really looking for a new door if anyone knows anyone who may be scrapping or breaking? help will be appreciated :D

The seats on my K10 and buggered, they're in pretty bad shape (the front two) was just wondering if anyone whos anyone selling or where to buy some new ones, or different seats from others cars?
