whats up guys, erm basically my car has been doing this since the snow has finished, as a rough timeline, basically it wont start for ages, just makes a clicking sound as if the engine has frozen or got stuck, i bought a new battery, as my old one was low and really old, it worked for 2 days...

im thinking of spraying car either silver or a nice black, i can get the primer, paint and laquer easily, i just neeed to know how to remove paint? do i use rough sandpaper and go all the way to the metal? or just to reveal the old primer underneath and start from there ?

why could this be ? the gears just draaaaaag now, usually with old standard exhaust, used to pick up speed thru the gears pretty quiclky and nicely, now sports exhaust is on, its slow and sluggish
