    Funny that because we have a box of ten ecu's accumalated to be used as control ecus for the particular class i race in. Most are bosch examples and i opened a couple to compare with the JECS ones, the bosch examples did not have this little gadget fitted. Its really a case of not wanting to...

It has a small label above it and the hole is covered by a clear film but after spending 3 hours on some google translate site i still cant figure out what it says!!! On stripping the ecu it looks like a very small variable...

    In all honesty, getting a non nats loom and ecu would be far easier and quicker than trying to figure out that mess. i would not even bother trying when there are so many non nats models around

    Well done Gazza, Is this for Kilflynn or are you going to bring it to Rosegreen?? Mine now weighs 581kgs ready to go and the 801 car is 610kgs, we have a minimum weight in rosegreen of 570kg for the k11 and 520kg for the k10. Good luck with it and i hope it goes well for you

    I have the limiter blanked but i can only rev to 8.5k and my ecu cuts out completely, its bloody annoying but im told that the automatic ecu's are slightly different and dont suffer with this. Still to get one and try it though

    Well yes, sort of but i somehow managed to skip at tooth on the inlet, not even sure how i managed that given how often i am at these engines. was going to risk it for the weekend but decided it was a bit too rattley. set it all up again and tried 5deg on both, really could do with some advice...

    i was trying your offset dowel method to see how far i could go....5 degrees on the exhaust and a bit too much inlet advance!!! Can you guess why?....cant believe it actually ran once i found out how i had gone wrong, too much distraction around today. Very light flywheel too

    Always cut the centre out of ours, last thing you want in a high revving hot engine is a dodgy thermostat
