Had to swap out injector 3 aswell today, will change the other two aswell, save any issues later.

Then you can see if its the fan actually not working or just your imagination haha

Fan is switched by a different sensor than the guage one. Their are two plugs just behind the distributor/(where the dizzy should go if you've got coil packs) un plug the 2 wire clip. Fan should come on

I used another sensor to check mine (turns out it just wasn't plugged in properly) and i hot swapped them with no running issues, don't think i tried starting it with it unplugged though

is there any way i can use the 1.3 lightened flywheel that I have, what can i do to change the offset between it and where the 1.0 flywheel sits.

Have just unwound clutch cable so that the bite is just above the floor. Can now put most of the power down. I think it'll bed in so I think ill leave it for now and see. Thanks for the help. Will post an update soon

90% sure it went on that way round. Cause I tried it one way and it just didn't sit right. So i think it's on the right way im fully adjusted up atm. Will go out and see if I've just somehow over adjusted it later

It shouldn't release or shouldn't clamp properly if it's in backwards?

Brand new exedy (never heard of them) but can't be too bad though. New pressure plate and bearing aswell.

Aah turns out the engine temperature sensor wasn't plugged in properly. At least that's stopped the fan running. Its still running rough. But i unplugged injector on cylinder no.2 and it made no difference. So I guess it's running over rich to compensate. Spose its not helped by the fact I've...

Yeah engine light on. And fan running constantly. So im going to investigate the engine temp sensor tomorrow. I'll use the one from my old engine. I know that one works. Got any ideas about the clutch issue?.

Yes I did. Had a light 1.3 flywheel but wouldn't fit the gearbox/clutch

First post so excuse me if ive put this in the wrong place. Have just swapped cg10 with cg13 after head gasket started going on 1.0. Have fitted it to standard cg10 early gearbox. Firstly the clutch is barely biting and is at the end of the adjustment. But the main problem is it's running...
