    172ps @ 1bar boost on a IHI RHB5 turbo, 1.75mm metal headgasket, everything else stock, could have more power but i prefer to have a reliable engine.

    My grey Micra was worse than yours (rear ended too, twice, and front end damage too) and was repairable, the boot floor can be fixed and you should need a new rear panel, boot hatch and rear bumper.

    Don't know what Ed did on your ECU, you need to check the load scalers to see if they hit the last cells, but if your AFR's are ok then the ECU maps are good for your setup. I had that problem with the GA16 T/B, almost no throttle but it seemed like i was giving it half throttle, AFR's were ok...

    (1bar + 1) * (0,5bar + 1) - 1 = 2bar * 1,5bar - 1 = 3bar - 1 = 2bar Seems good for me using bars. But even if you only see 1bar on the turbo outlet, you need it to flow like 2bar as all the air must flow through it.

    No, you can use the same engine ECU. And the CVT ECU can be discarded. After you swap all the manual gear you just need to wire the reverse and neutral switches.
