Still have the car and drive it everyday, but my degree has been kicking my ass, so no real progress so far, still trying to decide on wheel color and if I want to order Nismo bushings for the entire car from Japan.. I'd ofc need to overnight the parts from japan then!

Found a pair of OZ Superleggera 15X7, comming in at 5.2 kg a pop, that's just a smidgeon more than a 13 inch steelie and the best part was that I got them for 120 pounds.
Some scratches in paint but they are straight, I will probably get them powder coated, not decided yet...
I'm not posting a full picture breakdown here as alot of the steps I had my hands greased up and i just followed the service manual for the handbrake internals.
Before (previous owner had been granny breaking so the discs and pads didn't like each other that much):

I also got a lower bar which will be mounted at a later time as the bolts for the lower control arms are being assholes atm, so they might get cut and replaced :mad:
And done.. I'm pretty ok with this result.. now for the rear axle.
I will probably be upgrading the front brakes at some point in the future, but at least now I will have more or less the best braking I can get from stock brakes, so I have some time to decide on what option I will go for. At...
Watching paint dry.. I decided to paint the metal mounting braket where the brake hos meets the brake line.. so waiting for that to dry before I can install:

All in all it was fairly straigth forward to remove them, only had to cut one bolt that was seized and head was rounded.

So I kind of got the hots for old style rally gravel wheels.. like these:
I'm thinking 7x15 ET 35/40 and painting them matte black, slap some 195/45R15 on..
But has anyone seen them with a centerbore above 59?

Spring brings better weather so working on the car is more fun.

Also new NGK plugs and stock airfilter.
