    Blower Motor not working

2nd time it happened I just bent the pins very slightly to improve contact and this worked. On 3rd occasion it turned out to be bad wiring connection at fan motor under top of dashboard. See posting by John.D on November 2018 under "Heater Fan Fault on K12

    Heater fan fault in K12

Thanks to John D for this great post. Having twice had problems with bad connections at the Resistor my recent problem was as John D indicates at the fan motor connections. Then remove electrical connector by pressing white tab and prise out with screwdriver. Two "star" headed screws are then removed to take resistor out. .Can't remember any more

    Heater Blower Fan not working

Hi AndrewM Solution seemed to be to press two halves of resistor very tightly together. This was after a lot of trial and tribulation with separation and re-connection of the two halves and even an unsuccesful trial with a second hand resistor. Can only assume connections inside are barely making...

    Blower Motor not working

Blower motor suddenly stopped working on all 4 switch positions. Thanks to thread by "Les" Oct 2012 eventually found bad connection at 4 Wire electrical connector on motor resistor behind glove compartment. This has to be pressed really tightly until "click" is heard to engage pins. Most threads...

    Brakes Snatching

Problem with brakes too harsh with only slight pressure on pedal. Examined front disc pads which seemed to have a good degree of wear left and calipers moving freely. Rear drums also seemed normal and cleaned dust out. Problem continued but eventually cured by fitting new front disc pads. I was...
