Done some bits. Painted the main body. Did a thing on the roof. Installed wide band and safc2 (need to tidy up install) and working out cooling system

Lotus helped develop the z16xe and did too good a job. Vauxhall had to detune it with different cams, inlet and ECU so it didn't upset the sale of the bigger engines. Very good flowing head design and widely used still today.

Some of you know this Micra already (Hoopdubs old car). It was sat off the road for almost 5 years so I grabbed it back and now I'm making it all better. Ga16de with turbo, fresh panels and body worked getting it ready for paint. Engine is in but not 100% but it runs. New suspension and brakes...

Little update for you on this

Just got her home Saturday. Blowing it apart and fitting ga16 with some fresh parts and there is also a good load of rust repairs to do. Sills both sides, cross member again, wings and general surface rust. Really was a fun car to drive!

Looks like I'll be taking ownership of this car again soon. I have some plans already but I'll post up progress pics. Can't wait to make a start

Little update. Plates to cap off the rails. Need to weld them on next. Then I can mount my frame.

Almost finished welding pads onto the subframe

Started in a new direction. Using parts I have made, collected and modified I'm mid mounting a ga16 in my k10. Just going to upload pics whenever.

Engine bay painted. Clutch and flywheel on and gearbox installed. Worked out coolant lines and worked out wiring just need some bits. All going well

Just read thought this again. I purchased this car from you and sold it to a friend later on. Its currently off the road looking very sad for its self :/ I may have to buy it back and fix it up
