Hi mate you'll want 13x7 ET6, that's pretty much the perfect K11 fitment - you'll need a tiny bit of arch roll at the front, and 165/55/13 or 175/50/13 tyres if you're going for the stancey look.

A don't know any thing about wheel off sets

The issue with Micras is that the rear track is about 40mm shorter than the front. So you need to choose between hubcentric spacers + extended studs for the rear, or arch work on the front to get them to sit right :/ Arch work is the cheaper and easier option
