Have you had a look at Detailing world? loads of good info on there about cleaning and polishing and paintwork.. Is a great forum.

Thanks Charlene...it's a bit beyond polish and clay unfortunately
when I can afford, she will have a re-spray...and then I shall keep her even more pristine witha clay bar, microfibre drying towel and super resin polish...right now...she just gets a wash with carplan "triplewax" shampoo...and a rub down with a shammy LOL
