Nissan March/micra 1.0 to 1.3 Conversion Problems

Greetings from Hawkes bay, New Zealand. New to the forums so apologies if i have not followed appropriate guidelines.

I have 2 Nissan March/Micra K11 cars. One is a 2001 Nissan march with a CG10DE engine and automatic transmission. The other is a 1998 Nissan March with a CG13DE and CVT Transmission. Neither have NATS and both are facelift models. The 2001 model has Electronic PS and the 1998 model standard Hydraulic PS.

The Project: The 2001 marchy had a blown head gasket but a solid transmission. The 1998 marchy had a faulty CVT Torque converter but a solid engine with low kms. Both cars run but with respective issues.
The project i am almost finished with is to drop the 1.3 engine into the 1.0 body, bolted up to the 1.0 Transmission. I have done a heap of research especially in this forum around swapping out the 1.0 for the 1.3. Most if not all people have said the 1.3 swap is fairly straight forward plug and play and that it is not difficult to achieve.
Have currently dropped into the 2001 march the 1.3 engine bolted up to the 1.0 transmission. All wiring is plugged in and original. Original meaning i am running an uncut loom with the 1.0 ECU. Only difference to the vehicle is the engine itself being a 1.3 and parts i had to change were to use the 1.0 distributor, alternator and throttle body from the 1.0 as they had different plugs.

The Problem: I am not getting any power to the Fuel injectors nor is it Firing the injectors. There is spark and fuel pressure but no signal to the injectors. I have checked respective fuses and they are all intact. I tried using the 1.3 ecu and that provides power to the injectors but no spark - which confuses me. Reminder that both engines ran fine in their original state.

I am a mechanic by trade but mediocre with electrical. Only the Basics. If anyone has any ideas as to why i am not getting power to the injectors would be massive as i am 99% done just cant get the damn thing to run. Haven't tried running the car on engine starter but im sure it would fire with the 1.0 ECU.

This sounds like a NATS (immobiliser) issue.... Try spraying brake cleaner down the throttle body whilst cranking if it runs then it is almost certainly NATS

Thanks heaps for your help turns out I had the fuel lines on the wrong way ?‍♂️? Swapped over the fuel lines, plugged the original ecu back in and engine fired up straight away
