I lowered my car by 35mm the other day, and it really isnt low enough at all :/ do they drop a bit more once they have settled? or am i going to have to buy some 50mm springs, or maybe 60mm or whatever is available?

mine too is lowered on 35 springs...
however i just cut the ######s another 30 mm! dont know if its something to advise

but looks alot better!:p

what does it ride like on the 35mm springs.
I have just fitted Matiz springs to mine and its dropped about 40-45mm i would guess but the ride is quite hard. (handles well tho) Maybe i am just an old fart but i preferred it stock lol

Well the front feels no different for me, the rear is a lot harder though, and it also handles a lot better, tbh i want it lower and harder though

If its not scrubbing, its not low enough.
Did you just fit matiz springs or the shocks aswell?
I keep asking about this and no one has the answers for me.

You need the rear Matiz springs to replace the front Micra springs whilst keeping the shocks standard.
On the rear you replace the shocks with Corsa b shocks and cut a few coils off the Micra springs to get the right height.
Full setup cost me approx £40 from fleabay :)

I just bought a set of 35mm lowering springs off ebay, there not matiz ones as far as im aware :/ but im going to buy some uprated shocks so when i get them ill get some 50mm lowering springs to go on with them

50mm is only another 15mm! You seem really disapointed with 35mm so i doubt the extra 15mm will satisfy you :(

You need Frank spec suspension ;)

Matiz front legs with spring platforms lowered :)

I would'nt bother mate, honest, any lower than 35mm and the car starts to loose its practicality:)
I drove 4000 miles in 2 weeks across Europe this summer in my K11 and im glad I did'nt drop my suspension any lower, I would'nt have made it otherwise due to rural roads, pot-holes, farm tracks etc etc without destroying the underside and smahing my sump.
I run mine on 13" wheels (60 profile) and a spring drop of 35mm. She looks pretty good and no issues.
Safe Driving:)

I used standard Corsa b shock and chopped a couple of coils off the Micra springs and the result is good :)
