Looking for info regarding k11 micra

I have a problem with a micra V reg 1.3 dizzy engine went out in it yesterday morning went perfect then parked it up for 4 hours then went to get in it to go to work and it wouldn't start. Turning over fine and fuel pump is priming when ignition is turned on. Checked for a spark and no spark any ideas what may be the problem?

I'd be guessing distributor. Mine had problems starting one day, I cleaned mine out and never had an issue since. Simple to do, 3 screws on the end, and just clean out all the white oxide crap.

I just used tissue paper, the oxide is only dust so you just have to make sure it's all out. Check if the cap is warped and letting in water too

Tried cleaning out and tried it still nothing so popped to scrap yard and got complete distributor with cap and leads all sorted now thanks again for advice
