antifreeze mix

hello forum quick question if my micra holds 4.7 litre of coolant and i neeed to mix fresh coolant for my car how much antifreeze do i need to buy for a good mix would it
be something like 2 litre of antifreeze and 2 litre of water to total the four litre for a full coolant/antifreeze change

50/50s generally a safe good mix if it's a little under or over its no issue

i do it 25% as by haynes....

Yeah Will but if we hit -18c again this winter, 25% isn't going to do the job... best stick to 50/50 eh?

but here in london it didnt hit -18! i need to sort my thermostat anyway so ill do a change of coolant then

My mistake old bean, one is from 'Oop north' don'tcha know .

If you wanna go ott, you could always buy some deionised water from a fish shop at £3.50 for 5 litres
