Anyone got a picture of fuel flap door open please

Help please I have taken the fuel filler pipe of my daughters car and fixed it but a little black clip has come from somewhere ( not form the filler pipe I know) and I can't find where from and the fuel flap will now not open.

Can someone point me in the right direction, phone call from my daughter (just passed her test) last night car has just locked on its own with keys in side. It has just started doing this more frequently, can I just remove a fuse (which one), or remove a wire as a temporary measure until I have...
