So for a K11 with Power Steering No Aircon and no Idler pulley, the above is the answer to your problem of cannot move pump to tension belt

Another K11 with no Idler pulley is sitting outside my garage.
I am halfway through fitting a new water pump and have slackened all the water pump pulley bolts before trying to remove the PAS/Water pump belt.
Trying being the word of the day.
The tensioner bolt plays a bloody good game of hide...
So as a starter question does a non coil-pack K11 have a rev limiter ?
My observations say "NO" after Custurd reached elevnty billion revs on its emissions test and shat the water pump but I'm open to correction.
Going to swap the front calipers after all, one is borked they are both equally crusty so I expect the other will follow shortly.
What I'm hesitating about is swapping solid discs for vented.
Is this a common thing ?
Are the same calipers used ?
Am I expecting too much of 54Bhp ?
