    Because of Japan's serious traffic problems, many old japanese cars would have TVs in to watch programmes on while stuck in a standstill for half an hour - some even had karaoke! Maybe that power lead is for a microphone! (Joking)

    I cant tell much from the photos, but I'd suggest removing the radio and having a look at the back of it - you should be able to find some more information there, like the make, serial number etc

    I sent mine off to DND services LTD, they managed to recode the radio to work for my car and reset the code to 0000 so I could unlock it even thought the screen was damaged edit: k11 1996, radio repair cost £42

    Nice, so these springs could do the job? Just swap them out for the current new ones on the front coilovers, or since I have springs should I just chop them with an angle grinder?

    Thanks for the speedy reply - is that chevvy matiz and suzuki alto springs? Is it normal, if all the springs are the same size, for it to lower in an uneven manner like this?
