What version of elm do u have? I have mine which is v2.1 that connects..however if u want to use nissan data scan 2, use elm327 v1.5

i just bought a used ecu to replace my damaged ecu..obd2 scanner says immobiliser problem then upon inspection, my car has no immobiliser on ignition barrel (the black siemens thing). Cant start it..cant code it since no immo code..im on dead end now please help. Thanks!
