Reluctantly selling my 89 Micra. Just 28k from new, solid body which has never been welded. Wife broke her leg badly and will need an auto for a year of possibly permanently. Car is in excellent condition. Nice two door in white. Advert on car and classic...
Well it took a while but its fixed. In the end there was a short for the main power feed from the fuse box to the washer and wiper. I ran a bypass from the battery to the wiper motor, and the same to the washer with a inline fuse, and its sorted. At some point I'll fit a relay so it only...
hi, someone has cut the wiring at the back of the original radio. Also I can see the original plugs are missing. I guess it's probably broken. However how do you get it out. Can't see what's holding it in, it's not like an aftermarket stereo. Cheers k

Just bought myself a G plate facelift Micra off fleabay. The stickers on the hatch have partially rubbed away, no doubt due to machine polishing. Anyone know where I can get some replacement ones? Thanks
Bugger, probably seized the main bearings. Could be rebuilt, but probably cost more than an alternative engine. Good luck,. be good to see it back on the road.
Man, that is such bad luck . What happened? Piston rings? Blown head gasket? I really like the retro interior on the pre facelift cars, they look cool to me.
That is beige-tastic! I wouldn't modify the car at all, well, unless it could be put back to stock again, say a set of rims. I certainly wouldn't cut speak holes. Great find.
