    GF is a teacher so no change from usual mileage The car isn't fitted with longlife plugs, just the standard LFR5E-11 so was thinking of replacing the plugs as all I could get was denso plugs from GSF.

    Has anyone replaced the waterpump on a k12 1.2

    Received the pump and now awaiting the coolant to arrive. The replacement pump doesn't have a gasket or o ring but is bonded with sealant, is that right? If that is right what sealant would you use?

    Looks like the waterpump on the micra has a bit of play you can feel, looks like I can only get an airtex replacement with out waiting a few days. Anyone have any experience of airtex pumps?

    Using either of these methods? Timing is not as critical with this method...no stop watch needed. Just count in your head...one-one thousand, two-one thousand, etc, or use stop watch. The most critical step is step #3....wait 10 sec, instead of 7. 1. Ignition "ON", count to 3. 2...
