    Front Suspension Spacers, Seats

Allo! Long story short, I fudged up swapping out my suspension system for a Corsa B set-up and am returning it to stock. But I need new front spring spacers (54038-01B10). Don't suppose anyone knows where I can source some? My only option online is wait 2 months and I'd rather avoid messing...

K11 can they take E10 petrol?

It is yeah. Maybe its do with engine management and being able to adjust to the new fuel and reduced power etc :|

    Fuel pump.

Learned never to trust recovery mechanics assessments. Had one from AA insist the timing 'belt' must have gone on it and the car should just be scrapped. Ignored me when I said it had a timing chain AND I did not notice the engine f*cking blowing up and sh*tting out piston rings, just had a...

    Gears feel clunky...

Clunky how? Could be a few things. Apparently gear box oil needs to be changed every 100,000 miles or so. Could also be the gear linkages, or engine mounts going.

    Replacement Wheel Studs

Allo all! Searched the forums and can't find the specific answer I'm looking for, so hoping someone has a spare wheel stud to hand to measure. Standard K11 Wheel studs are: - M12, 1.25 - 39mm long, with 23mm of thread. - 14.3mm spline. As far as I can tell, its the same studs front and back...

wheels size limits (width and offset)

Not sure! That is a big difference in ET. This site is really helpful: https://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php?width=175&aspect=60&diameter=13&wheelwidth=5&offset=45&width2=185&aspect2=60&wheel_size=14&wheel_width=6-5&offset2=19

Worth noting the Corsa Bs aren't a straight fit, you have to combine suspension bits from the corsa and the micra and (I think) have to drill mounting points.

Not converting at the moment Got lucky with a 1.3 manual in good condition. I am toying with swapping in a 1.0 gearbox for the acceleration.

K11 can they take E10 petrol?

Good question! Interested the answer as well. Looked around online for an answer and nothing concrete. Official guidance is any nissan engine post 2000 is fine, which doesn't help. Apparently the Aussies have had e10 for a while with and cited lowered mpg and noticeably worse performance...

SNAP! Engine swaps, from what I gather, are fairly straight-forward - but are still engine swaps. Depending on what engine type you go for (dizzy vs coilpack) it may mean swapping out looms and ECUs as well which is a pain. There are some quick / easier mods you can do in the meantime though...

    wet petrol?

Could just be the fuel gauge, mine isn't that accurate. Also worth checking the fuel filler pipe. Mud / leaves etc. etc. tends to get stuck up underneath and behind it so they do often corrode and leave holes for **** to get into the tank.

wheels size limits (width and offset)

Hey! Not sure if it's helpful but standard offset is 45 so 40 should be okay. Also depends on tyre width. I tried 15" wheels on at 185/55 and they would rub slightly at the back if I was carrying anything heavy in the boot.

what did you do to your micra today ?

Looks great! Sorry it took a while, life and work and that. But some pictures of the Z10 mani. The pipes are 100mm circumference.

what did you do to your micra today ?

Sorry! Just that one at the moment. I'm poking around on the car tomorrow so I can try and take some more and do some very VERY rough measurements!

    Rev Counters

Sharing this because they are sought after. I fitted a rev counter to my pre-facelift car today, job was easy peasy. All plugs were direct swaps with no need for splicing or rewiring. I think some other versions of the k11 would have to. I got a the rev counter from megaparts.eu which, as far...
