Just bought a parcel shelf with the factory fitted speakers. Am i right in thinking that the wiring and plug is already fitted in all Micras behind the carpet and it's just a matter of plugging the speaker cable in?

You need to make sure that the LED's are fitted horizontally not vertically. I have a Toyota Picnic, which failed it's MOT a while back on the headlamp beam pattern because i had fitted LED's incorrectly.

At what point do you need an adjustable panhard rod? If you lower the vehicle 30-35mm max, do you still need this rod?

What about the front bumpers? I changed the drivers door hinges this weekend and i removed the front bumper and wing. The bumper has broken lugs and i also realized the crash bar which connects the bumper brackets is missing so i want to fit the older style front bumper also.

I have read that you need an adjustable panhard rod on the rear beam if you lower the car a lot. Something to do with the geometry of the rear wheels when you fit lowering springs.

Thanks for the info. I bought the car out of my local breakers after a lot of homework on areas that rust out,what to look for etc. Car is solid. I asked them to lift it with a fork lift and had a good poke about. Just needs a good going through for its MOT end of September.

I would use zinc primer then stone chip spray.

I have a 2002 K11 in metallic black with a knackered rear bumper. I want to fix it on the cheap. will an unpainted black plastic bumper from a 1992-1998 model fit my car. I can get one new for £45 on ebay.
