that wing is HUGE, I spend 6months of my year in Japan, and they're crazy when it comes to custom kits. Anyone seen the "Mini-van's" with gundam-wing style bodykits?!
There is no "cheap" way to turbo any car. Your basic setup would/should be;
Turbo Manifold (either custom or off the shelf, custom more-than-likely)
Down-pipe
Turbo, you'd have to ask guys and lass' on here on what they run..
Intercooler + all pies and joiners
New exhuast system
Aftermarket...
custom it!
I'm assuming its just;
Cut with a grinder
Sand jaged bits down with a file
filler bits needed to be fillered
sand down flat
primer
paint
make sure its bloody straight tho!! :p

Id take it to a Engine centre and they'll know where to drill/balance it at.. the place I goto use a thing which spins it at 100rpm all the way upto 9900rpm.. so they can see where its being thrown out etc! Did it on my SR20DET I built, dropped a lightened flywheel + clutch was all good
WillenhallEngines will machine you a crank up for about £500-1000 dependant on type of crank/design etc etc they can even do bottom end skimming/machining to lower the crank area.. but its all down to money.. shame theyre 2mm thick.. 8U66ER!
