    I would remove the engine with the gearbox attached. And use the alpha manifold with the bkr6 spark plugs. I would also swap in a 1.4 ecu.

    What are you exactly looking for? On top dead center the valves for that cilinder are closed so you dont talk about lift and such because the camshaft isnt pressing against the lifters.

    Broken lines are quite common. Can be fixed with some special paint like stuff. Most car part store sell kits for it.

    Some miss the wire for the tacho signal. Easy to pull the wire from cluster to ecu.

    Does this help? Its in dutch. Draairichting is rotation. Inlaat opent is intake opening Uitlaat sluit is exhaust closing Uitlaat opent is exhaust opening Inlaat sluit is intake closing. BDP Bovenste dode punt is top dead center ODP onderste dode punt is bottom dead center

    I would start with checking the live data and see if the ecu commands it or if it’s just stuck. If its just stuck a flush might help.

    Yes you have nats. Coilpack doesn’t have the immobilized unit only the reader around the barrel, chip and ecu

    You can get the brushes refurbished at most alternator/starter refurbish shops. But the powder clutch also can go bad (powder gets a bit of moisture in it over the years and gets stuck together) The factory manual is on here somewhere and that contains some info about measuring the ma going to...
