Thanks, I think the red battery tester indicator is for a different function of the multimeter? But yeah the voltage is very low. The battery is still under its 3 years guarantee, do you think they will replace it for me?

Please see attached multimeter reading. I also realised that there are two more fuse boxes in the engine bay. I checked both of them and all fuses seem to be fine

I had the same issue. After reading this I realised that the front passenger seat was adjusted a lot recently, so I disconnected the airbag connector underneath it gave it a blow and reconnected, this issue is now gone. So thanks for this!
