    It's interesting. The lad I bought my autotest Micra from just put a Puma autotest car on the road, and only has the hydraulic handbrake. MOT guy was going to fail it for that, but he was persuaded to check with VOSA. And they allowed it because of the fitted ratchet on the HB. Not legit to C&A...
