i took my alternator off to get the part number and amp. the amp is 65 and i have found a replacement for my car the has the exact same part number but its 70 amp will it do any damage upgrading to a 70 amp, will i have to change fuses, relays. were alternators upgraded at any point...

hi so not a bad alternator ? i have cleaned battery terminals to no avail, gonna start checkin all the relys/fuses in the fuse boxes in the engine compartment and then the earths. could it be a bad relay?, heard somewere that there was some kind of relay upgrade but not sure what for...

i changed ma throttle body today made a wee bit of a difference but hat to put the accelerator cable tight ish, seems to help on the starting, still a good 2 or 3 turns of the key to get the car started, if i have the cable slack it struggles to start, im im baffled is this normal on these cars...
