I got 1.4 which is clean (no rust) and am planning to keep it for a long time. I have broken 2 sensors (oil and crank speed sensors on both boxes:mad:) when I was changing the gearbox. The car drives but it doesnt feel right. I am struggling to get replacements unless I buy a whole new auto box...

I celebrated a bit too early....central lock works fine with all the doors except the boot.......back to scrapyard for a boot lock then:mad:

Fixed the central locking at last.

Update All sorted now. previous owner unplugged central locking unit which was hidden behind the fuse box under the drivers side dashboard, I guess the driver side actuator was faulty and was unlocking then locking that the previous owners just disconnected the CLU:mad:. reconnected the CLU...

K11 2002 Manual 5dr 1.0 =================== Hope someone can help me out as this is driving me crazy. Am trying to figure out why my central locking doesn't work, when I press the fob key the hazard lights flash but no clicking sound, when I open the car with the key only the drivers door...

The last time I tried to remove heater controls I couldn't get those damn cables off, I was so worried I would break something that I backed off and put it all back together (including the dashboard:D)

Car was on a drive for a while but now back on the road, I still have the above noise problem, it must be something to do with gear ratio...the higher the speed, the noise gets louder, it feels like the box is stuck on gear2 I have also noticed with the car being on D (drive) it doesn't move...
