I've added BP to the number embossed in the metal on the back of the radio. Is that right?

If so, the number is BP861884613002.

Hello
If anyone can provide the code for this serial number it would be much appreciated

So much easier and quicker when the request is in English, Google translate is your friend....Try 9437 or 1437......
John_D,
So true! But not all here have have preferred English language skills.
You have replied here with various languages.
And most of the folks here some how understand my 'Finnglish'?!;)

To reply in different languages Mika I have to use Babel Fish or Google Translate to read the original request, then do the same to reply in the same language... If I can be bothered (sometimes) to do it why could the original poster not make the effort, on what is a UK, English, website, especially when they are asking for a 'freebie'? Exit 'Victor Meldrew mode'........ :0)

Hi Andy , It's not entering the code no matter what I do , Just been along to the nissan dealer and he done what your meant to do *TA included but zilchoid so a coupla buttons later and >WAIT 1H ! GRRrr ! so looks like an underlying fault somewhere , maybe the radio's goosed ! I was thinking fuse but then it wouldn't give anything (WAIT 1H) would it ? The Nissan dealer said £20 would confirm if the thing was faulty and needing fixed so maybe this is the better option .. Thanks for keeping in touch ..
Hi I went through all this. And went on e bay. Bought a pull out 7" screen stereo system, with aux. USB 50 watts x 4. Upgraded to pioneer speakers, fitted dash tweeters, and WOW ? the radio is awesome even has a remote ? It's like top class hi Fi. And I need that I'm an electronics engineer, I know the difference,. The radio delivered to my door, was under £60. The speakers £90 ish no more codes. And sound that equals Bose, anyone wants electronics advise can message me anytime. .

Hello all. My wife's Micra's radio started asking for a code some weeks ago. I saw a video on t'Internet showing how to power up the radio while simultaneously holding down the 1 button and the 4 button to temporarily regain control (you must follow the power-up by ejecting and reinserting the CD... then it starts to play and magically the radio controls respond again). It gets the radio back but it has to be repeated every time you start the car.
Obviously I would be much obliged if you could supply a code to save us all the faffing. The number on the back of the unit is BP7383 9 8442936. Thanks!

It did, perfectly. There was a man hoping to hit me for £100 for taking my radio out to get the number and then entering the code. Now that I see the trouble and expense you have saved me and obviously so many others I will be making a food bank donation this week in your honour. Thank you so much!
