Cutting springs?

Hi.
I found a site that talked about cutting springs and they said that the only spring that you can cut is a tangential end spring.

So i notice that at least the front springs have a tangential end to them but what about the rear ones? They seem like a squere end ones.

So are the rear one tangential or squere?

Thanks.

Cutting springs is about the most pikey thing you can do to lower it. On par with slabs of concrete in hte boot.

Buy proper lowering springs if you want it lower.
Cutting them would be an MOT fail to a sharper eyed MOT inspector.

Funny thing is i already got lowering springs but IMO it could be 2 cm lower

I might just test cutting my old springs and see how those sit.
