I want to do a K12 in this colour

Porsche PTS Riviera Blue

The Japanese and Australians had much nicer colour options for the March, for whatever reason the UK marketeers decided we could only have a selection of boring "safe" colours, with of course the exception of the Micra Chic in the very lovely Waterfall Green which I mentioned before on another very similar thread. I agree to do it properly would equate to the cost of new shape Micra, which incidentally I don't like.

I'd get a late 2010 3 door car, take it back to a bare shell, respray the car a very modern colour, like the Porsche Riviera Blue or the really nice Audi blue, reassemble the car, firstly adding some modern sound deadening materials to increase the refinement, updating the interior trim and surfaces with some nice materials such as Alcantara and leather, I'd make mechanical modification, it'd have to have a six speed gearbox and rear discs. I think modern cars have way too much technology however I'd upgrade the audio system to include a somehow integrated subwoofer and double din audio other than that personally I adore the stock K12 shape, so externally it'd look like a K12 still...then I woke up from that dream :rolleyes::cautious::LOL::coffee:(y)

Wrapping might be a
cheaper option

Yes wrapping would be considerably less expensive however I am not a fan, if I was ever going to go ahead with a project like that I'd have to do it all or nothing, no half way tickets, go all the way. The beauty of a high quality paint finish is what I'd be looking to achieve.
