Brakes binding on 2000 se+ Auto

Hi hope you can help? I took my car in to ats euromaster because my car was pulling to the left and they said the left front brake was binding and they think it was the abs pump but There is no abs warning light it comes on then off very quickly when starting the car and stays off, my car has only done 31000 miles which is great for a 19 year old car! I’m hoping it’s the bake slide pins that need to be cleaned and greased?

Pull the caliper off And check it. The pins would prolly need replacing And a new seal. If Its only the pins a kit should cost around a 10er. Also check the brake piston. That one should move in And out And shouldnt have much rust on iT. If iT has rust in iT clean iT And use very fine grid sandpaper To get iT smooth again. A new dust seal for iT shouldnt be Expensive.

On old cars i would suspect a binding caliper. And check That first.
