What I mean is...the four feet of the Micra seat....are you attaching that part to the slidey part of the Almera seat? I've not seen the underside of an Almera seat, so not sure how similar/different they are....

The seat frame consists of the subframe and the two runners. Can the offending runner alone be removed from the almera subframe and the micra rail fitted to make a hybrid rail

??? It would stop the seat sliding mate because it's on a spring cable with almera and solid welds on the micra.

Could you drill and tap a block of ally or something and bolt through that to original hole and then bolt the almera hole into the block? Looks like theres a gap between the floor and the pad?

I have to admit I have drilled a hole in the floor pan.... Its dangerously thin.... The metal is about as thick as a debit card... Can barely even tap it... I don't doubt you can get a bolt in there, but personally I don't want to risk it... It's not just me in the car, I'm not risking it.... To many loved ones come in my car but I've had a plan and will post pictures if it works... May be a week or two though :) x

You can weld a nut to a 50mmx50mm piece of 5mm steel and weld it to the bottom of the car where the hole is.

I may be being incredibly silly but I looked into that and it seemed you have to cut the outer floor pan out to weld the nut on to re weld the floor pan? X

Did the Almera seats ever get fitted correctly?
If three of the 4 bolts fitted no problem I would have bolted a bracket or two to the original floor pan hole and married them up to the remaining seat rail hole. Or get a bracket into the original hole and clamp it around the seat rail. If three of the four holes are in securely that should then be strong enough.
Is it the same both sides of the front seats?
