I don't actually care, I just thought I'd make things right for Ade. Turns out Nath was in the wrong place at the wrong time

No updates as such...

Popped to a couple of body shops to get some quotes for work on the rear arches, looking at £400-£500 :(

I want them replaced with new metal, got a rust hole on one side and the other looks like it lost a fight with a wall or something

Due to insurance being gay I get to keep this :) suppose at least Max is happy.

Got talking to the bank manager and she says I can do a b18 swap

This makes Max happy, yes.
And we've discussed this, ALLLL the kids are going for H22A's!

You say that but I like the d15 even with the auto box it pulls really well

Oh totally, the D is a very underestimated engine, A few people have even started turbo'ing them, admittedly that's the D16, but the same principle applies, considering the first thing to do when building a performance Honda is either B18/B20/K20/H22...

I noticed that, civic owners are just as bad as dubbers.... Why do that when, this will bolt straight in.

I suppose, however it does make sense up to a point. When there's such a variety of performance engines around, not to mention parts for these engines, it does make sense to drop a bigger one in.

But there's parts for the d15 :p

The only reason I'm going full conversion is it makes more sence, why spend all that money on just a gearbox swap

I've got a D15 in my EK and I was surprised how good it is, pulls really well and also has the vtec-e for fuel saving :)
A B18 swap in the EG could be fun though!

Having a little issue.

When steering to the right at full lock it feels as if the car is fighting to straighten the wheels, yet full left lock its doesn't

Could that be a deteriorated suspension bush or track rod end?
I vaguely recall having a similar, if only slight, issue with mine a couple of years ago and both the bushes on the wishbone arm and my nearside track rod end were mot advisories
