I'll admit it. I ****ing love stickers.

I always have stickers on any car I own. I just love rocking a few way out pieces of art on a car. It just flairs up different parts of the car, makes it a little crazy.

I'm tearing all my old stickers off the euro-gone-track day Micra and whilst I was tempted to keep it plain I can't help myself really... So, this is a thread dedicated to our favourite pointless car mod! Let's get a little inspiration going :)

First off, good old Zilla. Overnight sensation from Touge Automotive.

Fatlace. Love them or hate them, they're huge in motorsport now, especially drifting. They've also got some pretty sick classic Skylines they've restored. I'm not really a fan, but massive respect regardless.

Late 90s Nismo stickers. A classic, still looks insanely cool today. Picture courtesy of everyones favourite red 4 door.

Some of my favourites from elsewhere, and which may or may not be having an influence on my car.

I know what you mean, i'm in two minds about it atm but I had a wakaba on my last micra so I want something a little different this time :)
Oh, I see. I've just got a rising sun sticker to go over the fuel filler flap. Need a wakaba to put somewhere. I'll decide where, then get one I think. Any ideas where it should go?

When I had one I put it in the bottom corner of the rear window and in the corner of the windscreen. You could always just put it low down on the corner/side of the front bumper?

i am going to buy 1.3 super s decals soon. :) is it available for any colours right? cheers jk.

edit: sorry my bad. i tho it was kev's thread so i will message to him. :)

Brutal Honesty
One or two stickers are okay IF they are tasteful and relevant.
Otherwise it looks like a crock of ****.

Too many "I scrape speedbump" stickers on cars not lowered on 17s.

It's all about the gloss black and would you do it yourself?? And how much would it cost??
Get gloss black film then :)
I'm a micra owner.... I do everything myself :p I dony usually charge myself either ;)
I'd say a 1m x 1.3m section... is sub £10

Yup ;)

Clean the surface
Use water in a spray bottle with a touch of soap
Spray the surface to be covered
Stick your wrap on a bit at a time while spraying
The soapy water allows you tp move it.
Once your happy use a credit card or similar and push out the liquid from the centre outwards :)
Do I need to do another guide

Lol no that should be fine, can you link me to the guide then buddy?? And how will I work around the sunroof??

There isn't a guide at present
Just completely cover the roof.
Use a stanley knife to cut around the sunroof but cut it a little short to give you excess on the roof
Once you've cut round remove the cut out piece.
Use an everyday non sharp knife to lift the rubber around the sunroof and slide it backwards around the sunroof... at the same time...
Use your credit card, tuck the excess under to leave a neat finish :)

With the soapy solution... if your not sure pull it up and start again. And take your time. Bubbles you can rectify. Creases you cant.... and dont do it in midday heat wait til the cooler evening :)
Dont forget pictures :p
