I'm with ya, looks difficult though

You could bypass the original downpipe flange and use the whole fiesta one and continue it to the second cat I.e a whole new bigger down pipe? I coupe pay you more mate? :)

that was my downpipe in the pic mate, we should be able to rework the fiesta downpipe and fit the lambda thread and a flexi then the 2nd cat flange

Youve lost me fwn

I was saying that keep the whole fiesta downpipe and continue under the car and make a new bit to join on to it and on to the second cat

What did you mean mate :)

Turbo technics t2 from fiesta rs turbo :)

Frank any chance of making a decat aswell for a price please, would need to mount up as per original as need to swap for m.o.t emmisions , let us know please mate, I have a 45mm system so would like to try and keep that throughout?

Think fiesta downpipe is 2 inch, would you be able to do a Frank special in 45mm from there to second cat with de cat aswell?

Oh also got the 1/8 grub screw out the block today, I let the car warm up to normal temp and used a tescos cheapo Allen key, came out first try,

I left engine on and took it out for a second and got spurted :) least we know there's some pressure in there,

The temptation to try it would be there for me mate also, don't think the snail would appreciate it thou

You've done a grand job on that turbo fitment frank! Looks great, the downpipe should be much of a problem eh. Could always alter the position on the diwnpipe/pipe to cat flange. How you getting on with the oil lines mart? Whip that sump off:D
Edit: due to my phone auto correcting my words to something i didnt want to write :S

Cheers frank let me know how much via pm please

Baguete - 6psi stock, seller said never been ran over stock boost(if that's true!?) but the quality is spot on, there's no shaft play at all and looks in very good condition

Not sure on max psi but I'll be running at 10 psi, some mini guys run 22psi so not sure :p dont want a massive surge at 5ooo rpm as want drivability not figures also running stock compression so will feel like a supercharger as there be no lag and fast spool up time.

Kristian made 163 hp and 134 whp at 10 psi on garret t2

My target is 150 hp with at least 120 whp

Ed at fusion mapping next year ;) can't wait

I've used my bandwidth until the 3rd of December as I uploaded those videos :(

They want 25 dollars to unlock or I wait

Mint, on the off chance I just popped into to go and look at there nuts and bolts, ended up buying a set of m10 nut and bolts for £2 and the nuts fit the turbo elbow bolts!! Well chuffed considering I'd have to order them from ford at 75 Quid a set of studs and nuts

Gonna do it all proper tight later and makes sure there's no blowing:)

Oil lines on the way, should bs able to start it by the weekend :)

But there prices for somethings are a joke

Ooh tradecard :) finally got one

Good for some stuff but want more discount on stuff

Does anyone know if you can use trade card with vouchers?

I completely missed these two major updates. that is so cool mate. I love that you can see the turbo through the grill bit. loving it to bits.(Y)

Yeah tis an Aladdins cave of car parts without the Halfords price tag.Worth blagging a card if you're bplanning on playing with a lot of cars.Nearest one to me is in Streatham...
Dunno but my old man told me he had a maccess card and apparantly they are even cheaper?!

Streatham massive, hoods up guns out blud ha ha

Just got back after crashing the van this morning at 7:15

Popped the radiator hitting a flunking lamppost

Waited till 18:15 only for the AA to ring me and tell me the can't get to me
