Vibrating gear stick

When the engine is at low revs and pulling, especially in 3 or 5, there's a vibrating noise (I did think it was coming from dash but have just found out otherwise). Sounds like plastic

If I gently push lever to left or right to take up slack it stops

I haven't looked but I'm assuming it's gear linkage or something? Was hoping grease may help?

Any ideas?

I think the rattling in 5th is due to worn linkages / bushes.
There's some info scattered around the forum
