presure in the fuel tank

I went to fill up the micra today and notice that there was a lot of presure in the tank my question is this normal for micras to have this or is something wonrg

I haven't checked my actual fuel cap....but there's usually some sort of breather....could be that it's blocked....?

the cap looks like its jist one soild bit so there was be a breather somewere in the tank

There is a breather pipe that normally gets weak on the bend closing up.

It is also pretty common to have pressure there. Well at least it has been for all my micras
