Nissan micra 1995 (N Reg)

I have got Nissan Micra N reg but when I bought from its previous owner he did not have code for its radio and It does not turn on at all but only code light flashes. Now I am not sure what to do to get it working. if some one can help me then it will be great.thanks in advance
