My JDM (ish) single DIN conversion

Finally sold my target scope so I could affod a new headunit. The surround was £30 from a local scrappies (the Micra convertible is single DIN):

Very nice! And a Pioneer too, I miss mine, as I can't change the headunit in the N16 without a massive faff (if you take the audio out, the Nav and Climate control stops working!)

...although being pedantic, how is converting it to single DIN JDM? I thought they were all about the double-din over there!

And it seems pretty impossible to change it on K13 due to the shape of the console:

That's a good picture of the modern cars downside: you can't do/change bits on your own and have to stick with manufacturer for anything...
