no style with those wheels and height. sorry to dissapoint:blues:

those wheels aint on it, there me old mans, wheels he has on his escort van, just thought i would try b4 i buy some clio turbin wheels, as to see what it would sit like, at the moment i am running stock steels, just thought i would share a picture, but for some reason i have lost faith in this site

Titling a thread with "Got Stance?" and then including a pic of your car (with a distinctly average - if prehaps edging towards poor, wheel and tyre combination) suggests two things. A, you are putting your pic forwards as an examble of good stance, and asking if others can match it. Or B, you are asking if you have good stance. Both these questions have been answered in the post above.

Your car rolling on clio turbines, wrapped in thoughtfully chosen tyres will look the absolute business.

cheers will (Y) my aim was to just show my progress, wheels aint a thing i can really afford right now, and i wouldnt run 15" wheels unless i could get a really low profile tyre, my option is either 14" or 13" and i have my eyes set on some pulsar 14" or turbine 15" but i seem to have been put off the idea of 15" from the comments from my picture  i was just wanting to share with people and let them share with me for ideas thats all people

btw there is nothing wrong with your car but 15s make it look slightly like a skate. smaller tyres and lowering would make it look awesome or slightly smaller wheels (Y)

165/60/12,s dont give a bad stance imo (with the chassis resting on the floor :wasntme:)
bit more camber and loads more stretch ftw

Guess who has just been checking out prices of 165/60 12s on the bay. They are very cheap. That doesn't change the fact that I have absolutely no money.

I presume those rims were 4.5 with that much bulge, so a set of 6's should be possible with two back halfs cut and shut - would be a fair poke though. Go on frank!

i got 2 pairs of 4J,s mark, so no wide side, and the tyres are hard to fit with 2 wide sides anyway, gonna 3" band them mate (they,re just the job for the strip because they drop the gearing so you can make full use of 4 gears)

stance
(verb) - to adjust a car's camber, ride height, and spacing, so that the sidewall of the tire sits as flush as possible with the fender/quarter panel. A common trend and style impersonated on drift and show cars alike, originating from the older Japanese domestic market.
Ie: This new car I got it higher than a 4x4! It needs to be stanced.
Once again i hope this helps to clear thing's up, No charge (Y)

And back to Flush Stance,

Though I'll wholeheartedly go along with the bit about stance being an equation that is a function of camber, wheel width and offset, tyre size, ride heigh etc. But not that there is one definative answer. I'd say though that the thing that sets having "stance" aside from not having "stance" is the effort put in to achieve it, it can only be gained through serious consideration of the above factors and getting each to work well with the other to achieve an overall aesthetic whole.
