Erm.... Big bang! Help!

Hey all.

Bit of a prob!

Driving back from my father in laws today went over a bump and I heard a proper loud clunk noise! Similar to when you drive over something and your tyre pings it away with the pressure.

Got home and parked it on the grass outside to take the shopping in, when I went to drive her off the grass I heard this clunking.

Now my first thought is the spring has broken. Although it's not dropped.

I'm also open to suggestions on what you peeps might think it could be. I can't get it to the garage till tomorrow

In the mean time will it be ok to use?

I've not got the springs yet, due to funds, but this looks like she might be getting lowered earlier than planned.

Any info would be great.

any bangs rattles while ya driving, if ya jack it up, wheel off have a feel of the spring, if its snapped ya should find it.

Cheers Andy. The problem showed it self today. As i pulled out of a junction, was another bang and a clunk, and a piece of the spring fell out!

So thankfully found a mechanic who can fit me 2 new springs tomorrow.

Was going to get it lowered but ill wait till i can afford the proper kit
