pretty easy, made easier if you have a haynes manual avaliable. Replaced one 2 years ago

1) Remove battery, battery tray and push the fuse boxes to one side
2) Remove air box
3) Loosen the cable from the lever on the gearbox
4) Swear a bit and push lever forwards to get cable out
5) Move into the car and undo the plastic tray under the steering wheel
6) Swear loads as your hand isn't small enough to fit into hole
7) Ram hand up the small space and unclip the cable
8) Unclip cable from bulkhead (half way down near the steering rack)
9) Cheat and cut cable in half and pull out
10) Tend to wounds and get alcohol
11) Feed new cable through bulkhead
12) Attach to clutch pedal
13) Pull to remove slack from bulkhead side
14) Clip into bulkhead
15) Put back into clutch lever
16) Tighten
17) Start car and then retighten

Need to get my haynes manual out as the unclipping process from the clutch pedal is a bit special. Will report back tomorrow as im off to work now.
