Clicking sound when cars off

hey fellas, just wondering if when you turn your car onto the reds but don't actually start it, when you press the accelerator pedal, do you get a clicking or tapping noise that corresponds to the supercharger light coming on?

i'm just wondering what it is thats making the noise thats all!

That the electromagnetic(big word) clutch engaging.Get some the press the throttle and have a llok at the pulley on the s/c you will see it engaging.Don't worry its not broken!
