busted door trim pocket

so the pocket on the drivers side was rooted when i got the car

i managed to fix it a little to be usable but its still comes away at the top

any of you guys encountered this? any suggestions of how to fix considering i can't go down to the wreckers and buy a new drivers side door trim?
