just done it the other day, firstly you have to make sure you got a proper nissan bumper coz i got 3 bumpers in total and one of them wasnt a proper nissan one and was too long. Anyway, theres 3 or 4 screws along the underside of the bumper, one inside each arch liner, then remove grill and headlights, will see about 6 more on 2 brackets near the centre, and i think thats bout it - can be hard to make fit though - i needed to trim mine where it connects with the bracket
