2000 1.0 Gearbox on a 1996 1.0?

Hi

Would a gearbox from a 2000 1.0 K11 fit a 1996 1.0 K11?
I know some boxes changed around then so i'm not totally sure

it depends what month in 2000, the later coilpack g/boxes fetch crazy money

ah crap, so it probably won't fit :/

Though it's Warpa from this forum, he says

"The one I have is the old style from a 2000, the one in my 2000 is one with electrics in it, no idea how many manuals they did."

Old style with no electrics. Hum. Pretty desperate now as all gears are starting to whine and the grinding is louder

It wont fit, preface lift 1.0l has smaller cv shafts and inner clutch shaft I think

The box with micra 200 written on it in white paint is the good box, you can see the difference compared to mine.
