It was just a straightforward re map on a rolling road, only other mod is a k&n panel filter. After mapping result was 112.9 hp @ 4.5k and 169lb/ft @ 3k. Goes pretty well for what it is :) Sent from my HTC One X+ using Tapatalk

I've got a k12 dci that was originally an 82hp. From what I understand if it's 80 or above hp it has an intercooler and I think maybe a slightly different turbo. I had mine mapped around 3.5 years ago and have since done around 60k with it mapped and on the whole it's been very reliable...

Yeh I keep an eye out on ebay, I'll try and get the rear bumper sorted first, it could be repaired but I think i'm best just getting another one to be honest. The tax is a bonus, its the only bill I don't mind shelling out for!

Yeh I love it, Bought it to do miles and its done me proud so far. Its just thrown a wobbler at 90k but after replacing the turbo and EGR its on top form again. £405 quid for the turbo and EGR I guess is a reasonable price to pay for what I get in return. Yeh I keep my eye out for the spoiler...

Thanks, excuse the broken rear wiper, its on the to do list! Things tend to need a bit of TLC now and then when you do 25k a year :P

Got to the bottom of this! It was a faulty EGR, although it was clean and looked ok I tried a new one and the car is spot on! You can use this to check your EGR, I found it very useful as my old egr the resistance values where all out...

I have now changed the turbo - the old unit despite being to my supprise healthy in terms of bearings etc had cracks around the wastegate and was therefore bleeding off exhaust when it should't have been. However the car is still as it was if a little better, and is still getting continually...
